The customer is an independent service provider to the Police service and Government, as well as corporate organisations, providing critical security monitoring services to safeguard people and property. Due to the sensitive nature of their business, they asked to remain anonymous for this case study. To meet their security requirements and in response to the regulatory pressure to classify data, they had previously selected another user-driven data classification product, but, finding it restrictive and disjointed, replaced it with Boldon James Classifier.
