Customer: EU Agency focusing on the operation of large-scale IT systems within the area of freedom, security and justice
Requirement: Improvement on a pre-existing classification solution that was already in place, but not performing effectively

Established in 2011, the agency has over 200 employees and offices throughout Europe.
The Customer was not new to the concept of data classification, having already had an existing solution in place when they began talking to Boldon James, however it was not as effective as they had expected, and knew they needed to find a better product.
