To provide technical pre sales in region for end customers and channel partners through meetings and webinars, overseeing the technical part of the sales cycle and any proof of concepts.
Reporting to the European Sales Director, the role of the Pre Sales Consultant will be to engage with and the support the sales teams in customer engagements. The candidate’s experience will enable them to carry out Pre Sales support throughout the sales cycle including development and implementation of technical sales strategies, delivery of presentations and webinars for technical audience, product demonstrations, and support for customer product evaluations. The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to consult with customers and business partners to define their requirements and be able to advise on how our solutions can support their business goals.
In direct touch with customers and partners, he communicates with product managers on issues identified from field observations and customer feedbacks which contribute to the product growth. Customer satisfaction is his priority.
Understanding how data classification helps with being GDPR compliant.
Working with and training channel partner technical resources, and being the region subject matter expert.

Required profile, skills and experience:
- – 3+ years working as a Pre-Sales Engineer for a software solution company or Systems Integrator in the security field.
- – In depth knowledge of the software security market.
- – Native French speaker with a good presentation and communication skills. (both verbal and written)
- – Strong English proficiency
- – Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, and Data Loss Prevention tools.
- – Strong experience of working closely and effectively with reseller companies and complimentary vendors.
- – Spent time in an IT operations roles working at the coalface
- – Valid driving licence holder
