e-tracker - X.400 inbox management for Microsoft Outlook

e-tracker is an X.400 Inbox management tool that extends and supplants the standard reporting tools of Microsoft Outlook to support X.400 generated receipts. As read and delivery receipts arrive in the Inbox, e-tracker matches them with the corresponding original message in sent items regardless of whether the reports arrive via Microsoft Exchange or from an X.400 messaging server. e-tracker’s key feature, not found in the standard Outlook client, is the handling of receipts generated by an X.400 messaging system. e-tracker also provides features for easier management of read and delivery receipts by providing two user interface changes to Microsoft Outlook:

• It adds a new status indicator to your Sent Items folder. The status indicator gives immediate indication of delivery / read status of each ‘sent’ message.
• It adds a button to the sent item user interface (illustrated below). To view the receipt status in more detail, select the sent message then click on the button. e-tracker throws up a user interface (UI) that  provide comprehensive information on receipts received (illustrated below).
