Quality Management Controls

Our solutions are tailored to the vertical and horizontal markets we serve, and our manufacturing process follows strict quality management controls derived from over two decades of experience, our ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT certifications from SGS. All of this is underpinned by the trust and loyalty bestowed upon us by our customers.
ISO 9001:2000 Certification
The ISO 9001:2000 standard specifies the requirements a company’s quality management system (QMS) must meet to consistently provide products that meet both customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and that aims to enhance customer satisfaction. A six-monthly audit is conducted by SGS.
The requirements cover a wide range of topics, including:
- senior management commitment to quality
- customer focus
- resource adequacy
- employee competence
- process management (for production, service delivery and relevant administrative and support processes)
- quality planning
- product design
- review of incoming orders
- purchasing, monitoring and measurement of its processes and products
- calibration of measuring equipment
- processes to resolve customer complaints
- corrective/preventive actions
- a requirement to drive continual improvement of the QMS
- a requirement to monitor customer perceptions about the quality of the goods and services provided.

By implementing our QMS and gaining ISO 9001:2000 certification, we’re demonstrating our commitment to quality and that the delivery of such quality is a principal management objective.
Our TickIT logo certification and use of the logo indicates that we’re involved in software development and that TickIT guidance and certification procedures have been followed in order to achieve our ISO 9001:2000 certification.
