Boldon James provides a STANAG 4406 Military Message Handling System (MMHS) for the Hungarian Ministry of Defence
Maidenhead, Berkshire, U.K. – January 19th, 2007 – Boldon James, a leading provider of Secure Formal Messaging solutions, today announced that a contract was signed with Synergon in December 2006, to provide an MMHS solution for the Hungarian Ministry of Defence.
Boldon James is fulfilling the Hungarian requirement for secure email clients plus high grade functionality such as Fire & Forget, Tactical Messaging (to NATO standard STANAG 4406, Annex E (TMI-1)) and x.500 directories
Boldon James will support the MMHS implementation which Synergon are priming and programme managing. Synergon are also building the overarching C4 application into which they will integrate the delivered MMHS.
Boldon James plays a key role in communications for Defence, Intelligence and Homeland Security organisations around the world by enabling them to deliver standards compliant messaging solutions using COTS components. These solutions utilise infrastructures such as Microsoft Exchange, which are then extended through Boldon James application plug-ins and gateways, thus delivering highly cost effective messaging solutions compliant with standards such as NATO STANAG 4406, ACP133, ACP145 and x.400.
