e-tracker is an Inbox management tool for Microsoft Outlook that dramatically reduces the number of messages in your Inbox, whilst automatically managing Read and Delivery required in an MMHS. e-tracker is an invaluable tool in the process of Fire and Forget and Fire and Monitor MMHS system. e-tracker monitors the Inbox for Read and Delivery reports and correlates them with the original message in the Sent Items (or other) folder.. In normal operation e-tracker then removes the report from the Inbox, thereby leaving just real messages or problem alerts. A single click on the original message in the Sent Items (other) folder gives an immediate report of the status of the message.

e-tracker is particularly useful in monitoring Read and Delivery status of messages sent to distribution lists. Typical message sent to a distribution list of 20 recipients will generate no less than 40 receipts in the inbox (20 delivery and 20 Read reports). e-tracker helps to manage system integrity and improves client usability.
