Fujitsu VME and OSI Connectivity

Our IMPART product suite provides both client and server applications and gateways to connect modern Fujitsu networks and users to legacy applications. The suite is available for both Windows and UNIX platforms and provides for connectivity from desktops and web browsers, or as a gateway between applications.

IMPART for Windows - Our IMPART Applications for Windows provide Fujitsu IPA 7561 and VT access to VME mainframes and UNIX servers. The range includes IMPART for Windows and IMPART*X Suite native desktop and web browser enabled solutions that provide innovative, reliable high performance connectivity to legacy servers. Our IMPART Gateway for Windows provides Windows PCs with access to VME mainframes and UNIX systems. It manages the OSI connections to the VME UNIX system allowing PCs to use native communication protocols.

IMPART for UNIX - Our IMPART Application for UNIX provides users with the ability to extend and enhance characteristics of existing systems by providing emulation to Fujitsu’s IPA communications for RSA video terminals, file transfer facility and direct print.

OSI Transports - OSI transports stacks available for both Windows and Unix platforms supporting a number of high level and low level interfaces including Winsock. We also manufacture a transport stack supporting RFC1006 carrying OSI  over TCP/IP
